This website is operated by Yusuf Gangat, trading as Zaybair, an individual / sole proprietor based in South Africa.

Zaybair offers website and Google Search Ads services to suitable US plumbing businesses. Zaybair does not claim to maintain a physical US office.
These Website Terms govern use of this website. Client services are governed separately by the Zaybair Service Terms and the applicable Client Service Agreement. An enquiry, application or Demand Report request is not a purchase, does not reserve a founding-client place and does not authorise billing.
The Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain personal-information handling and website tracking. Use of this website does not replace any privacy choice or consent mechanism provided on the site.
2. Using the website
You may browse the site, evaluate Zaybair’s services, request a Demand Report and submit genuine enquiries or applications.
When you provide information, you should provide information you reasonably believe to be accurate and that you have authority to submit. If you submit information on behalf of a business, you should have appropriate authority to do so.
Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, unnecessary sensitive information or confidential third-party information through a public website form unless Zaybair expressly requests it through an appropriate secure process.
3. Prohibited use
You must not misuse the website. This includes attempting unauthorised access; bypassing security or anti-abuse measures; introducing malicious code; intentionally overloading or disrupting systems; using forms for spam or fraudulent submissions; impersonating another person or business; or submitting unlawful, infringing or misleading content.
Nothing in these terms is intended to prohibit conduct that applicable law expressly permits.
4. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, Zaybair or the relevant rights holder retains rights in the website’s text, layout, design, graphics, branding, code, screenshots and other material.
You may view and use the site for ordinary business evaluation. You may not republish, sell, copy substantial protected material, present Zaybair’s work as your own, or use a client’s branding/work without the relevant permission or another lawful basis.
Client website ownership and the treatment of reusable Zaybair assets are governed by the Service Terms and the applicable Client Service Agreement.
5. Portfolio examples, results and claims
Portfolio examples and advertising evidence must be understood in the context stated on the site. South African work is not represented as US client work unless it genuinely is US work.
Advertising interactions or tracked contact actions are not the same as confirmed customers, booked jobs, revenue or guaranteed leads. Past results, examples, screenshots or case studies do not guarantee that another business will achieve the same result.
6. Demand Reports
A Plumbing Demand Report is research intended to help a business understand search-demand signals and potential advertising opportunities. It is not a guarantee of enquiries, jobs, rankings, revenue or advertising return.
Keyword volumes and planning data can change and may be estimates supplied by third-party platforms. Business decisions remain the user’s responsibility.
7. Service information and availability
Zaybair aims to keep website information accurate and current, but website content may be updated as offers, availability, pricing, providers or operations change.
The founding-client offer is subject to suitability and availability. Submitting an application does not reserve one of the available places. Paid service begins only through the separate client agreement and explicit continuation process described in the Service Terms.
8. Third-party services and links
The website may use or link to third-party services. Those providers may apply their own terms, policies and availability rules. A link does not necessarily imply endorsement.
Zaybair is responsible for its own conduct but does not control third-party platforms such as Google, Cloudflare, Postmark or other external services and cannot guarantee their uninterrupted availability or decisions.
9. No performance guarantee
Zaybair does not guarantee search rankings, traffic, enquiries, calls, customers, jobs, revenue, advertising approval, campaign delivery or return on advertising spend.
Nothing in these Website Terms removes Zaybair’s responsibility for statements it makes or services it agrees to provide, and nothing excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Website availability
Zaybair may maintain, change, suspend or discontinue parts of the website where reasonably necessary. While reasonable care is taken with the site, uninterrupted or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed.
If you discover a security issue, broken function or material error, please contact Zaybair rather than attempting to exploit it.
11. Changes to these terms
These Website Terms may be updated from time to time. The version displayed on the website governs website use from its stated effective date. Updating these Website Terms does not by itself change an already accepted Client Service Agreement or Service Terms version applicable to an existing client.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Website Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Gauteng, South Africa is the intended venue for disputes before courts with appropriate jurisdiction, subject to mandatory law and any jurisdiction or consumer/business rights that cannot lawfully be displaced.
This clause does not require compulsory arbitration and does not make informal contact with Zaybair a condition of exercising mandatory legal rights.
